This 9194 square foot building includes nine offices, three restrooms, two locker rooms and an 840 square foot break room. The building is a steel structure with a combination of metal siding, cultured stone veneers and a standing seam metal roof. Interior partitions are wood framed. Interior finished comprise painted gypsum board, acoustic tile ceilings, ceramic tile, carpet, rubber and oak base, oak doors, casing and trim. The building features a nice clerestory to allow plenty of natural light into the hallway and break room.
