Built in 1997, this project includes 60 executive apartment suites. The 43,000 square foot, three-story wood frame building was constructed with brick and stucco exterior. Amenities include a formal meeting room, expanded fitness facility and business center. It also includes an elevator to underground parking and a night security system. The project was designed for mid-range stays from 30 to 180 days, mainly for corporate clients.
